Bible Verses · ESV
When you are weary, God renews strength and goes before you. These ESV verses lift the heart and steady the hands.
“but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
“It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.””
“So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.”
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.””
“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”
